With a properly prepared Statement Of Work, there will be no issues later in production with what was or wasn’t included in the project budget.

Based on the details found in the Statement Of Work, our developers will build the web site and software and install it on our development servers for developer and client testing during Production.

Based on the Testing & Delivery plan, we will test the website and its associated technologies. Once testing and quality assurance have been completed, the site and software will be prepared for configuration on the live production servers.

After the launch of the website and its applications, revisions and minor updates may be required following real-world and operational experiences. We will evaluate the ongoing site and software Maintenance needs and provide a plan for successful operations.

Active-Sites provides pricing options to help our clients get the most for their development dollar. Active-Sites offers three pricing options and works with you to determine the best and most cost-efficient method.

• Hourly - $45 to $65/hr - Web Design and Development Costs

• Project Based - Fixed Fee

• Retainer - Monthly Mainhtenance Contract

This billing method for web design, web development, and web consulting means you are invoiced only for time used. You may request our services to be provided at will or have us work hourly to tighten a loosely defined scope of work to finalize the project budget.

With a detailed Statement Of Work document, including the solution requirements (i.e. Creative, Functional, Technical, and Marketing information), a fixed cost can be assigned.

This option extends the most flexibility to meet shifting design, development, and consulting needs. This allows you to purchase a fixed amount of time each month at a pre-arranged discount. The allotted time can be used for ongoing design, development or marketing services. Custom service retainer and maintenance contracts are available upon request.
